REDUNDANCY
By using IX Australia to access your preferred Cloud provider, you can rely on the redundancy of our infrastructure, providing a more secure connection. Many members also use our network as a redundant path to ensure reliability.
IMPROVED EFFICIENCY
Traffic does not rely on the performance of your transit provider when transferring files, or suffer when they are experiencing congestion. You control your routing.

How is Cloud Connect delivered?
Cloud Connect services are provisioned as Layer-2 connections and multiplexed using VLANs on Member ports. Multiple cloud platforms and services can be delivered over a single port, subject to capacity planning by the Member.
IX Australia provides the underlying interconnection infrastructure and service delivery, while Members retain control of how services are packaged and presented to customers.
Service Details:
Speeds: Start at 50Mbps, with options to upgrade to 100Mbps, 200Mbps, 300Mbps, 400Mbps, or 500Mbps, available on a month-to-month basis.
Requirements: To use Cloud Connect, Members just need to have an active port service.
